HEC and Doctor in Psychology
After 10 years of experience as a management consultant, then as a financial director in international companies, she studied psychology, joined a university research team specializing in occupational health issues and submitted a doctoral thesis
For more than 15 years, she:
- Conducts Prevention of Psychological Risks and Quality of Work Life assessment missions at the request of social partners or managers
- Contributes to conferences to raise awareness of Prevention of Psychological Risks
- Conducts training courses (prevention of RPS, improvement of the Quality of Work Life, stress management) and practice exchange groups using the co-development method
She is the author of articles on Prevention of Psychological Risks, including:
