Laurie is a social psychologist.

She contributes to qualitative studies on the prevention of psychosocial risks and the improvement of the Quality of Life at Work, through the conduct of individual and group interviews and the implementation of action plans.

She supports employees individually (psychological support) and collectively (discussion groups, practice exchange groups).
